...aaaaaand the grand experiment of changing The Kids design ends with a sudden return to the Status Quo. LAME, SOMEONE ALERT TVTROPES.

But seriously, aside from the fact that the cosplayer demographics this weekend weren't quite what I'd feared, I realized something stupidly obvious: these kids don't work as a recurring joke if you don't recognize who they are, and you can't recognize them if I keep changing what they look like. Still, you never know. I might try this again at some point, if I ever feel like weirding everyone out again.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed the Ichibancon 2016 comics! Sorry it took so long, but that's what happens when I go to a con right after a SEVERELY over-worked December (seriously, I've gotta get an earlier start on that stuff next year). Of course, the best part is THE ICHIBANCON COMICS AREN'T DONE YET! There's gonna be even more comics posted on Patreon in a week! Sound good? Sure it does! And you can read 'em all for as little as One Dollar A Month! What a single dollar a month in exchange for a constant stream of geeky webcomic goodness? And if you need further encouragement, check out the Patreon Gallery and see some of the previous comics that the paying customers have been enjoying all this time.

In trhe meantime, now that this update is FINALLY done, I can afford to kick back and... get right to work on today's Far Out There update. No rest for the weary, right?

And here I thought you wore it because either:
A) No one would recognize you without it.
B) It makes you easier to spot in a crowd.
C) That costume is the one single thing preventing the world from utter destruction.

That costume is not the only thing preventing the world from utter destruction.

We have at least five hundred and thirty four other things to prevent the end of the world. Originally, it was seven hundred and seventy seven, but, well, the years have been hard.
